Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Scope – We provide chess courses (online, private, group) and related products.
  2. Eligibility – 18+ years or parental consent.
  3. Pricing & Payments – All prices in SAR; payment via HyperPay or Tamara.
  4. Scheduling – We may adjust schedules with notice.
  5. Code of Conduct – No harassment, disruption, or system misuse.
  6. Intellectual Property –  Golden Horse Chess Academy is committed to protecting its intellectual property rights, including all curricula, designs, visual identity, and training content related to the Academy. These rights are registered and protected in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  7. Refunds – Governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
  8. Disclaimer – Courses provided “as is”; no guaranteed results.
  9. Liability – Limited to the amount paid for the service.
  10. Governing Law – Saudi law applies; disputes under Riyadh Commercial Court.
  11. Language – Arabic version prevails in case of conflict.
  12. First: Terms Related to the First Party
    1. The Academy shall provide the participant with basic training in the game of chess in accordance with the latest academic systems in the field.
    2. The subscription fee for one month, inclusive of VAT, is: ___ SAR.
    3. The number of weekly sessions shall be: 2 sessions, and the duration of each session shall be one hour.
    4. The specific timing of each session will be communicated via text message or verbally by the coach.

    Second: Terms Related to the Second Party
    1. The participant undertakes to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies of the Academy, as well as any instructions issued by the management.
    2. The Academy has the right to cancel the participant’s subscription if the participant acts in a manner that violates public morals or the applicable rules and regulations.
    3. If the participant is absent from any pre-scheduled session, the missed session shall not be compensated.
    4. The participant must wear appropriate attire when attending sessions, and the Academy has the right to deny entry in case of non-compliance.
    5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Academy’s facilities.
